I am trying to remotely update the software on a group 300. Everytime I attempt this however, I get the error : "Unable to access server. Contact your system administrator for assistance." I need to get this updated and I am the system admin. This unit is several hours from me. What can be done?

When asking questions about software please provide the software version. In this case what is the current version and what are you trying to update to?
What servier is the RealPResence endpoint pointing to?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
My colleague ha previously answered and suggested to the original poster to provide the currently used software version.
What have you tried so far to troubleshoot this ?
- Have you checked the GroupSeries Logs ?
- Can the Network the GroupSeries is using connect to the Network the Server is running at?
- Have you tried to check the server logs of the GroupSeries is connecting?
