Hi everyone,
First, sorry for me English (French) ^^
I have a problem with my Polycom 300 group.
I installed it but I can't call and receive.
My options :
IPv4 : It's ok (I found an update for my sytem but the sytem ask me a key, How can I have this key ?)
H.323 : option activated, but in "Registration Status", I have "Registration Failed" / On use Gatekeeper, I selected "auto"
SIP : It's activated and all options are in "auto" / same thing, I have "Registration Failed"
When I try to call someone, I have "The call could not be completed. Please check the Gatekeeper settings and try again"
Can you help me ? I don't know how to fix my issue. (You can see my different parameters on my attachments)
Thank you
