We have been using the Poly Group 700 along with SoundStructure and ceiling mics. While we have been able to conduct Zoom and MS Teams calls through it, we encounter a persistent issue of static noise during our MS Teams calls originating from the end where the Poly equipment is installed (Far end). This noise is seen only when ceiling mics are used or active, with Handheld, Lapel or gooseneck mics the audio is relatively ok.

Interestingly, Zoom calls operate without any problems, indicating that the setup and settings are functioning well. The static noise issue during MS Teams calls is quite perplexing, especially since we notice that there is no static noise from the far end when the near end participant is speaking.

Could you please provide your insights or recommendations on what might be causing this issue with the MS Teams calls?

Zoom uses G722 with a rate of 64 whereas in teams (CVI = Pexip) it's G722.1c with a rate of 48.
