Sorry, no.  The EagleEye IV is a digital camera (HDMI output) and the the HDX input support analog (YPbPr) and thus they are not compatable.

The RealPresence Group Series supports both digital (EagleEye IV and Acoustic) as well as the prior analog cameras.  The supported cameras are part of the GS release notes:

Digital and Analog Cameras
The supported EagleEye digital output cameras include the EagleEye Acoustic, EagleEye Producer, EagleEye Director II, EagleEye IV-4x, and EagleEye IV-12x. An optional wide angle lens for the EagleEye IV camera increases the FOV from 65 degrees to 85 degrees.

The RealPresence Group Series systems also support the EagleEye analog output cameras, which include the EagleEye View, EagleEye HD, EagleEye II, and EagleEye III cameras.

The HDX release notes will not state support for the EagleEye IV, thus they are not supported.

Hello Amjad,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

I would also include the HDX type or model you are using.

In addition the Video FAQ contains this post here:

Jun 23,2014 Question: What Polycom cameras are supported by the HDX and RealPresence Group Series video systems?

Answer: Please check the Polycom® EagleEye™ Series Cameras data sheet => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
