Studio X50 with TC8 Kit
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all, a newbie here.

I'm struggling on my initial setup of HP Poly Studio X50.  I can see that the TC8 is paired with Studio X50 already.

However, I am unable to access into the web console page for further setup.  I am using a laptop with same subnet and able to ping the IP address from that I see on TC8.

Anyone could help me out please? Thanks.

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

We would need a few more details of you:

 

  • Is this a brand-new unit or a 2nd hand unit?
  • Who is the Provider aka Poly, Zoom, Microsoft, Google, or any others?
  • If you access the TC8 it should show you the software version of the paired device

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.

All sorted now.

I manage to access into the web console after removing the port security from the network port.  Nothing wrong with the settings on the X50. 🙂
