Inogeni 4K2USB3 with the G62

To my knowledge, when using the Inogeni 4K2USB3 with the G62 and running in a Microsoft Teams Room environment, the camera is not detected. Has anyone tested this scenario? Please provide advice.

Thank you for your support. I am currently working on a solution for a customer and have not yet purchased the Poly G62, so I don’t have specific details on the software version being used. However, I might update to the latest version of VideoOS at the time of installation for the customer. Based on the comparison table you provided, it seems that Teams Room Mode won’t work with Inogeni. Does Poly have any plans in their roadmap to upgrade compatibility so that Inogeni can work with Teams Room on the G62? Most of my customers primarily use Teams. Thank you
