Installing Poly X70 with TC10 (Android) and during activation getting error The device isn't enrolled in Device Administrator. Contact your admin.   We were told the equipment does not need to register or Join an MDM management solution such as Intune etc .. Is there a reason why we are seeing this issue and error any help will be appreciated ..

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

We assume this is using Microsoft Teams but as you have not provided this detail and neither any software version it is a guess. A community search finds >this<

 

If this is indeep Microsoft I assume the shared search results should help you and/or contact Microsoft support as this is their service you are trying to use.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
