Hi,
I am unable to control the Polycom HDX 8000 with AMX controller with latest firmware version ( 3.1.12). Though it is working properly with some version ( 3.0.6, 3.0.6 and 3.1.0)
Please suuoprt for the same

If you require support you need to work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom directly as we do not provide support via the Polycom community
