Issue with VSX directory

Hello,

I am new on the community, I am maintaining a couple of VSX and HDX units accross Europe, and I have an issue when I try to configure the Directory by the HTTP website of each units, I never get directory list, it still show "downloading" with a turning circle...

I tried with Chrome, Firefox, IE 11, but none works

Java version is 7 Update 11 build 1.7.0_11-b21

If you have any solution that will be great

Hello Frank,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Usually the release notes state the Browser compatibility. The End of Sale / Life VSX units are most likely not compatible with the newer Browsers you are using.
