Hello,

 

When I join a Teams calls from a Zoom configured Polycom C60 NR, we've seen audio issues. I can hear them but they cannot hear me. It's intermittent and sometimes there's static or volume for the ther side is low. When joining a Zoom call, it works perfectly.

As outlined by @Alden4 this most likely would need to come into our support organization.


Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product for us volunteers to try and help. It also does not contain any detail about what mode the Poly Conference Phone is being used.
