Buenos dias

 

Tenemos el siguiente problema, alguna persona o servidor externo a la empresa, esta haciendonos llamadas al sistema de videoconferencia polycom que tenemos y nos estan interrumpiendo y bloqueando las video conferencias, no podemos identificar quienes son, por que cuando entra la llamada solo timbra pero no da señal de video y no la deja colgar.

 

Necesitamos bloquear estas llamadas para que no entren a nuestros polycom que en total tenemos 3, en el dia pueden estar llamando unas 20 vecez.

 

Los polycom que manejamos son.

 

HDX 7000 HD , VVX1500 , RealPresence Desktop
