Hello all,

 

for several days I have been trying to find a software update of version 8.0.3 or 8.5.1 for Polycom VSX 5000/VSX Series, but to no avail. Can anyone share this update?

To my personal knowledge, all available software is listed on our support page. If the version you are after is not listed we are no longer hosting it due its age and the fact the device may be end of life.

 

I suggest you work with a Poly reseller and look at any trade-in offers available.
