We recently deployed a new E70 camera attached to a Teams Room on Windows device. We have previously installed the standalone camera control app, but this now seem to be installed as part of Lens for Rooms installer which is great and saves time. However, this latest version is having a performance issue. After pressing 'Room Controls' on the MTR, the Camera Control UI opens, but then wont respond to any input! It also wont let you exit out, and doesn't time out from no-input after the default 30 seconds.
The UI does change though, if you select different framing options (for example) directly in the Lens web portal, this updates and is reflected on the MTR UI.
Has anyone else experienced this? The standalone camera control app version worked fine.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
