TC10

We are planning on adding some TC10s as Teams room panels outside of some rooms. We are having cable ran and J-boxes preinstalled so mounting will be easy once we have our TC10s

I can not find clear specifications of what type of J-box the TC10s will mount to. Junction boxes are usually enclosed boxes for outside use. Seems like its a pretty broad term, would love to have some exact measurements of the spacing between the 4 screws used for mounting or a better description of what type of J-box is needed.

Unfortunately that quick start guide is very vague about the size of a junction box. They say US and Global, but while trying to purchase some junction boxes there are many types and variations, so I would like some more specifications.

I will reach out to HP support and hopefully the Support engineers will be able to provide me with a more clear answer.

Thanks Steffen,

While there is lots of great information in here, unfortunately none of the PowerPoints seem to include the TC10. There is a DXF file for the TC10 but unfortunately it does no give any measurements of the distance between the mounting screws or any reference to the size of the Junction box needed.

Hello @Seanwatson

the document should be updated now

"The spacing of the four screw holes are 46mm. and the two screw holes in the center is 60mm. please let me know if that are the right information you need or not."
