New Studio x52 can’t connect to Wi-Fi or miracast from laptop. All devices on same network.  Ethernet connections verified and logged in through web interface .   The device is discoverable but doesn’t connect.  Even displays code if selected.  So definitely communicating just not connecting.   Also have Studio x70 on same network and works fine both Wi-Fi Apple iOS devices and miracast from windows network devices.  All settings are the same even went as far and switched network ports for the one that was working and still can’t get x52 to respond.  Software is up to date and gave done factory reset at least two times.  Any ideas

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner Provider application you use.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

If this is in PolyOS Provider Mode please open a ticket and quote 5119023983 / PECS-249069 as an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

It is in Poly mode/Poly provider.  The software is the latest version for the product from the Poly website.
