Studio X50

Network interface inactive. No port activity detected. The LEDs of the RJ45 connector are not lit. The display connected to the Studio X50 shows the error message "No internet. Emergency calls arent't supported." in a gray field at the top. A reboot sometimes can solve the issue. Most of the time the device needs three reboots in a row. The fault is then present after 1-2 days again.

Another network connection is already tested. The USB Ports are also inactive. I've connected a mouse to it.

suspect that the network card is defective.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the software version you currently use for the HP Poly product or the partner application version you use. For example Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, Poly SIP/H.323 mode etc.

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

Hello @MaxPro ,

 

I have seen cases in my role where the November 2024 Microsoft Teams app crashed in such way that it took the system down.

 

I suggest you upgrade to the latest current version:

 

Release Release date
1449/1.0.96.2025020302 February 2025

 

Please ensure you update both the Studio X and the Touch Panel as many customers neglect and forget this.

 

I also suggest using the Poly built-in reboot on a daily if not weekly basis rather than the Microsoft TAC reboot.
