Just an FYI.  I have found an interesting issue with the TC8 that is on older firmware.  I have a number of them sitting in a box and are by default on 3.7.1 firmware.  Although it looks like you can update directly to 4.4.0, the TC8 has a lot of issues, such as touch control functionality not totally working, missing Team Admin Settings menu and a few other odd things.

I have found that rolling the paired codec back to 4.2.2 first (4.3 showed the same issue), then updating to 4.4.0 resolves the issue.  So if you are like me and have some old TC8 devices that haven't been deployed yet, try the above to get them working correctly.  I don't recall seeing this documented anywhere, but could be wrong.
