Hello,

We are developing a solution for operating rooms. In the past we use videoconference endpoints with two Ethernet ports, so we can connect in one port with the Hospital Network and with the second port with our private network. So one port is for video trafic and the second for control.

With G7500 we found the way to control the system with the RS232 port and we used the Ethernet port for video trafic,

But, with G62 RS232 is gone and we have only one port.

I've seen the following USB Ethernet Dongle that can be connected to the Type A USB port.

"USB Ethernet Dongle M91114-001"

Anyone has tested and confirm that is working in Poly G62?

Thanks in advance

Hello @Antonio2321 ,

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

At present, the G62 cannot use another USB-A or USB-C to Ethernet adapter.

About RS-232 support ,I suggest you raise this with a HP Poly Systems Engineer or a HP Poly reseller and quote PVENG-26543

Best Regards
