set NAT configuration to "auto" (your public WAN ip should appear under the field, if not, set the value to manual and enter your ( WAN IP as 151.252.50.53)
Disable NAT is h.323 compatible
I dialed polycom test site from both device Device # 1 working fine and connection was established and can see video and audio

Hi ,
Thanks for your prompt response ,
If i am not wrong the below ports needs to open when we use Dynamic IP address ,
TCP 49152 => 65535 for additional signalling
- UDP 16384 => 32764 for the media between the two endpoints
But our case, we are using Statis Public IP Address ( Device #1 - 151.253.46.40 & Device#2 - 151.253.50.53) & we made same setting for both devices ..
Device # 1 - Working perfect (H.323 call) .. (Tested with polycom 140.42.250.202 )
Device # 2 - call established , but cant able to see farend video , Few times i received video and audio but not stable (H.323)
DEVICE - HDX700 HD
Software version - 3.1.6 46064
Hardware version -Type D
Please scan those public IP address and guide us ..
thanks
