Good afternoon,
After a factory reset my Polycom VSX 8000 device stay on the VISUAL CONCERT VSX blue screen .
I try the UI mode by pressing the "0" button on the remote controller --> display range issue on several screens.
The device seems to start properly because I can are the music and when I press the button on the remote controller I can ear the voice for the numbers.
Does someone has any idea on how to solve my issue?
Thanks.

Hello @Lyssandre63 ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
The VSX 8000, to my personal knowledge, was end of support 2011 and end of life 2016 so this unit is well beyond the date that we can try and help.
Being unsure why it was factory reset in the 1st place we can only assume this is defective. You should look at alternative products that have current support.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hello and good morning,
I know that the system is obsolete and needs to be renewed, but at the moment I can't change it because it's used for secure communications.
Is it possible to restart the factory reset process without screen (like moving a jumper inside the device)?
Can anyone help me, because I really need this device to work properly.
