We have been using the system for over a year with no issues. Now we are not able to connect, the call just rings and then times out to the following message:
Your call could not be completed because the call was routed through an intermediate network that does not service the far site.
Any ideas?

The above should give you or your IT department enough information how to troubleshoot this on your end.
