I've just installed and setup a Studio X70 with a TC10.
The TC10 keep searching for device to pair constantly even though it's paired already. How do I stop this?
Another strange thing is that it say it's paired with an E70 when it's clearly a X70 I've paired it with. Maybe it use the same firmware and therefore it say so, I've no idea.
Devices:
StudioX70-XXXXXXXX, Current Version: 4.3.1-410034
Poly TC10, Current Version: 6.3.1-211735
Poly Studio E70, Current Version: 1.10.1.530003

The resolve was to do this
Set up device administrator enrollment
- To prepare to manage mobile devices, you must set the mobile device management (MDM) authority to Microsoft Intune. See Set the MDM authority for instructions. You set this item only once, when you are first setting up Intune for mobile device management.
- Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin center.
- Go to Devices > **Enrollment.
- Select the Android tab.
- Under Android device administrator, choose Personal and corporate-owned devices with device administration privileges.
- Select the checkmark next to Use device administrator to manage devices.

Hello @xpelab ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
What makes you think it is paired with the E70 instead of the X70?
The Web UI only shows the devices that the X70 has internally or is paired with. As the X70 uses an internal E70 camera this shows as connected. The TC10 device also shows as connected as it is paired on a network level.
What message is being displayed on the TC10 UI to make you think is is looking for other devices?
The Studio X70 and a TC10 when in our partners Microsoft Teams mode pair first on a Poly Network Level. The TC10 then, once you add the credentials via the Code on both, will look for each other on a Microsoft Level using the internet.

Because it say so. Every 2 minutes or so it changes to a image similar to this and say it's pairing.
I'm not on site today. I can get the real image later today if you really need it. It's the normal pairing image if it helps.

Hello @xpelab ,
I would try and factory restore the TC10 but this may be a network-related issue aka a multicast issue and/or firewall blocking the addresses Microsoft Teams requires. This is not a normal behavior.
I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
