Hi,
Could someone elaborate as to what a "Partial Call" is or means in regards to entries in the Call Detail Report? I have several entries in a report from a Group 700 that are marked as a disconnect reason of "Partial Call". There is no other information in these entries except for a date/time and an IP address in Remote System Name.

Hello Mozez,
I followed this up internally and the explanation I received is as follows:
- A partial cdr means that we made an entry when the call started but the machine was not available to say the call ended. If the machine crashes or it is rebooted while a call is active we will have a partial cdr
I hope the above explains the entry and I can only recommend to work with your Polycom reseller if you require more details.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
