Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This has been a challenge for years, but even more so now under HP.  Why is it such a burden to locate 2D and 3D drawings for all Poly products?  Especially the new line of products recently released this past year.  It is darn near impossible to find any kind of drawing files for Poly products.  I need 3D Revit, STP or similar.  Can anyone provide or point in a direction for these files???  Thanks!

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

We encountered an issue with uploading PDF documents due to size limitations, but we're happy to share that this problem has now been resolved.
