Studio E70 with GC8 Kit

The Poly GC8 shows a blank (black) screen when you try to exit Poly Camera controls. Occasionally it just freezes completely and you cant select anything. This is happening on multiple devices across a clients site.

I have tried re-installing and updating the lens and controls app.  

One thing I have noticed is that the Poly GC8 is now on version 1.4.3.
This is being used with Teams

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

It also does not provide any details if this is a Poly Lenovo, Poly Dell, or Poly HP MTR.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
