Hello everyone,
I have a Poly G7500 set using EagleEye IV camera (Silver) in Zoom mode.
After upgrading the software version to version 4.4.0.416273, the camera image is reversed (Zoom mode).
When switching back to Poly mode, the image is displayed normally.
Have you encountered this case?

Hello @VUHAI1 ,

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

Your other post here could help other users if you can mark this as accept as solution. This way other users with the same issue find these quicker.

Your new post has the info on the PolyOS version but we have no idea about the Zoom app version. Is this a new install or did this only happen after an upgrade?

Is this an EagleEye IV HDCI camera or an EagleEye IV USB camera?

I am using EagleEye IV camera (HDCI connection standard). The zoom os version when switching to zoom mode is currently the latest.

Hello @VUHAI1 ,

nobody in this community will be aware of the Zoom app exact version on 12.12.2024 without verifying this >here<.

It should not be down to the volunteers to verify basic data. If you start a new post please ensure it contains everything, if you want anyone to try and help,

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

I had also asked more questions which you have not answered. The community is a place where you can find great tips and helpful solutions from other HP product users. The HP Community is where owners of HP products, like you, volunteer to help each other find solutions.
