Hello, there was an isuue recently with our setup and I needed to find a new power adapter for some of our gear, including a Poly GC8 Room Controller. I wanted to ask what the model of the OEM charger is and what is the type and size of the plug that goes into the Poly itself?

Hello, the part number you gave me was helpful, but I can't seem to find the power adapter for sale anywhere, and there is little to no information about it. Can you specify the plug's size and dimensions, or at least the outer and inner diameters so I can look for adapters with matching power spec and same plug?
