I'm currently provisioning pallets of Studio USBs for an external client.

However, every other Studio I set up seems to be stuck in DFU mode straight out of the box. 

If I reset these using the button on the device, they revert to firmware version 1.4.

 

Poly Lens gets stuck at 0% when updating these devices from 1.4, then they get stuck in DFU mode again.

Using Polycom Companion I'm able to manually update to 1.5, but I get an error if I try to update any further, even through Lens.

 

I also have these services disabled:
