We frequently conduct TEAMS meetings, during which we have encountered issues with the microphone's functionality. It appears that the microphone is not effectively capturing all spoken words, resulting in certain phrases being blocked. For example, the sentence "poly studio conferencing knowledge is live" is spoken by an individual, as the initial words "poly studio" and the concluding word "live" are not audible. Additionally, individuals seated at a distance from the Poly Studio video bar are not being heard by those attending from the opposite side. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the Partner application you use this with whether also is a PC or a Mac, and what version of the OS. 

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

 

In addition, is this using the factory USB C to USB A cable or some form of extender? Other Volunteers may reply as well.

I suggest purchasing an additional Poly microphone and placing it on the table closer to the meeting participants.
