I was wondering if there is a way to wipe/reset the Device name and Room name from X30.

 

I have tried via Poly Lens but the name and room come back to whatever was set already

Long story short I don't have access to the old Poly lens portal as the company changed the domain and we no longer use and have no access to the old company email domain

 

Additionally, I have setup a new portal on the poly lens and am still unable to change it as it reverts to whatever was setup previously, is there a way to get this removed  I need to setup a new conference room. Hard and soft reset does not work.

 

Aay help with this would be appriciated.

welcome to the HP Poly community. Lens should have a "mopinion" option where you can ask questions.

 

If this fails, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
