Product: Studio X30 with TC8 Kit
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi team,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has encountered an issue with their Studio X30 and TC8 Kit where it constantly displays "Connecting to the Cloud."

For your reference, my software versions are:

Studio X30: 3.12.0.366027
Poly TC8: 3.12.0-210716
Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

A quick community search finds >this<

 

Most likely this old software suffers from an issue that required an open internet connection. I suggest you try this and if this fails I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
