"I'm encountering an issue with my Poly Studio X32. When I connect it to the provided POE power supply and data, and enter the IP address in a browser, I see the message 'POE_WARNING_NOT_ENOUGH_POWER_MSG'. Additionally, after restarting, the Poly logo stays on the screen continuously and doesn't proceed to the main screen where it typically shows 'Poly / Device / ?'. Could you please help me understand what the issue is and how to resolve it?"

What Switch are you using and does it support PoE++ (not PoE+) ?

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
