Good morning, The Microsoft Teams admin mentioned that most of the settings are correct but needs to check one additional setting that may be preventing us from using Zoom/WebEx, etc. while in Teams room mode. The X50 is in Microsoft Teams via Provider setting. Any ideas on what that setting could be?
Thanks and happy Friday!!

Hello @VTChead ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
You have posted in an incorrect section and your post has been moved by a volunteer. It has been moved to a section more suitable for your request.
Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.
For Poly IP phones please provide if this is PVOS, UC Software, or ObiEdition. For current Video products please include the Provider used.
An issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post so please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
Best regards
Steffen Baier

How are you doing? Yes, I didn't provide the firmware version because it isn't available to me yet. I did specify that the device is an X50 and I mentioned within Teams mode which would indicate the X50 is in Teams via the provider setting. The issue could be resolved via community if someone in the community has run into this issue before and or provides steps that one could take to make sure everything is correct regarding the configuration.
Thanks and have a nice day!!

Hello @VTChead
we also do not know the Microsoft Teams version on top of the PolyOS version so there is really nothing is volunteers can try and help as we cannot assume these

The setting you're referring to must be set locally on the device in the settings page. Sadly, I was not able to find any way to configure this remotely in either Poly Lens, the device web UI, or Microsoft teams admin center. We had to physically visit each device to enable this setting in the settings page. After the setting has been enabled, third party meetings work as expected.

Hello @nlev ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
I suggest working with our Partner Microsoft as it is their Platform and their Application. We cannot provision settings for their Application outside of network and basic other settings. Microsoft would need to enable this via the TAC.
Best Regards
