Product: Studio X52 with TC10 Kit
Operating System: Other

Out of the box the Poly Studio X52, put it in "Device only Mode", connect the USB-C cable to my Macbook Air and I could use the Poly Studio X52 Camera, Mic, and Speakers.

 

Poly Studio X52 updated software to the latest version: 4.3.2-422023

 

Now when I put the Poly Studio X52 into "Device only Mode" and connect the USB-C cable to my Macbook Air, it can not see and/or use the Poly Studio X52 Camera, Mic, and Speakers.

 

Device provider is Microsoft Teams

Is the USBC cable operational? Some of them have a specific way of connecting, try connecting it the other way (it's all about the plugs).
