What Poly Studio hardware is needed to accompany either the Poly Studio E70 or X70 components in order to have a fully-functional video conferencing system for a mix of 10-20 local and remote Mac and PC users in a medium-sized space (largest dimension < 25ft)—e.g. Medium  Room Kit Series? Is anything other than either the TC8 or TC10 required?

Hello @9591Mark ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

the Poly Studio X70 is an MTRoA aka an standalone Poly All-In-One Video Bars | HP® Official Site solution. The Studio E70 is a camera that accompanies usually an older G7500 or a Poly Studio G62.

The Medium Room kit you shared is a MTRoW aka a Poly Microsoft Teams Rooms Kits | HP® Official Site solution.

Best Regards

Hi Steffen,
Thanks for the quick reply! One follow-up:
So other than the Poly X70 standalone Poly All-In-One Video Bar, we don't need any other equipment to control/interact with the unit (including the Poly Microsoft Teams Rooms Kit, correct? We are using Zoom for all our meeting needs, and are not wanting to use a Microsoft Teams solution. Thanks!

Hello @9591Mark ,

I am just a volunteer and not a sales person. For the best experience I recommend contacting a HP Poly partner.

The Poly Studio X72 (newer model) can be used with various providers. Our Partner Zoom is one of them and you would need to sign up with Zoom.

The UI experience is the same on all Zoom Platforms so apart from the X72 and the TC10 and the relevant Zoom license there is nothing else needed.

Best Regards
