I recently hooked my Poly Studio x30 to a Black Box 4x4 hdmi matrix. The matrix works with other inputs to all outputs but not the Poly x30.  I even changed the input the poly is on. If I unplug the Poly x30 and plug it directly into a TV it works fine. Any thoughts?

Hello @AdamJG142 ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

What is the use case for this Matrix?

I wasn't 100% sure where to put this post since Poly merged with HP, so thank you for moving it.

I have a 4x4 Black Box HDMI Matrix in an emergency operations center.  My 4 inputs are a PC, a cable box, the Polycom x30, and a spare cable if someone brings in a laptop.  My four outputs are large TVs, monitors, and a projector.  Its gives us flexibility when the EOC is activated.  All inputs with with all outputs in many combinations, but the x30 does not no matter what output(s) I put it on.  It does work when plugged into a monitor by itself.  When I tested I utilized the existing HDMI cable.

If I do need to contact support staff locally, there was no signature on your last post.

Many thanks.
