I installed several HP driver update today including HP Driver Update (2.21.0.0), HP Inc. SoftwareComponent Driver Update (5.0.64.0), HP Inc. SoftwareDevice Driver Update (1.19.3). I also installed a driver update from Realtek: Realtek - LAN - Realtek USB GBE Family Controller.

I also installed a Windows update which I have now rolled back.

Now, my Poly TC10, which is plugged in via PoE into an HP Elite Mini is not responsive to touch and the display is not scaled properly. I am using Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, 24H2, 26100.8037, Windows Experience Pack 1000.26100.300.0.

I have tried power cycling both the PC and Poly TC10. I have also tried unplugging the TC10, pressing the reset button, and continuing to hold the reset button while plugging the power back on until the screen came on in order to reset the TC10.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Thank you,

Christian

Hello @SteffenBaierUK,

Thank you for responding! I fixed my problem by uninstalling HP Console Control and reinstalling it using the executable you provided in the link.

Thank you!

Christian
