Hi everyone,

I'm working with Poly TC10 and TC8 devices and noticed there's no direct "Uptime" view available via the WebGUI. I'm wondering if there's an indicator or log entry in the Poly system logs (Poly Log) that shows device uptime or system restart history?

Has anyone found a way to track uptime through logs

In Addition - would enabling this on the Codec  for the temp period capture any "UPTIME" TC related timestamps

Hello @DanielPetrillo ,

 

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

We usually do not share logging information with untrained end users as some of the log messages my be interpreted as erroneous but are in reality just messages.

 

  • Debug means at the highest level
  • Saving to flash will preserve the logs prior to a power cycle

How would you download the logs periodically to then check them?

Does the Poly Touch console have this same feature to preserve and save to Flash feature?

All current Poly OS versions or in the case of the TC called TCOS also have a Web Interface and logs can be downloaded from there.

 

What is this about? I suggest you open a case with support and it may end up with me.
