Studio X50 with TC8 Kit

Anyone else seeing this behavior?

We are in the process of putting new equipment in our conference rooms...and after placement

some of our Poly TC8’s are not reporting correctly inside of Zoom...We have seen some discrepancies  between what we see in Zoom Rooms (mgmt. page) vs what We can see with the codec...

TC8 #1 Zoom shows version OS 3.12 and app 5.17.5 (both show as most current). If we log into the poly codec itself, it shows the TC running 6.3.0 (we can’t see zoom version from the poly codec)

TC8 #2 running, zoom says it is Android 11 (no build number, no HW info, etc) and running zoom 5.17.5. Looking from the codec we see it is a TC8 running 6.3.0

We have seen this issue with units that we have installed the past 2 months. Not every unit is miss reporting but quite a few of them are. Systems that were up and running before poly 6.3.0 but upgraded to 6.3.0 are reporting correctly:  Additionally the TC10's are reporting correctly...

We have a ticket open with Zoom and they believe this to be  it appears the root cause is related to the device's connection to our Zoom Device Management (ZDM) system.
