Devices:

Poly Studio x50

Software version: 4.5.0-432287 (latest as of 5/29/2025)

Hardware version: 2

 

Poly TC8

Software version: 6.5.0-7001165 (latest as of 5/29/2025)

Hardware version: A

 

Issue:

The Poly Studio x50 is running MS Teams and has no issues. The Poly TC8, when booting up and connecting to the Poly Studio, gets an "App Installation Failed. An unexpected error occurred while installing Teams.". The Poly TC8 has been factory reset multiple times. The TC8 works fine using Zoom or Poly software, just not Teams.

 

Both devices were working fine with older software versions.
