poly x72

we have some meeting room bars (x72, x52, x30) and all have the same issue.

They are set to work in google meet mode.

After a wile, the system enter in sleep mode, when we wake up the system to start a meeting , the mic is stuck in mute. and we can't unmute it.

Any ideas?

Welcome back to the HP community.

 

Just like your last post again unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application version you use.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post, but reply with the versions.

 

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

 

Are these with external Microphones or the internal Microphones?

Hi Steffen, 

All systems are updated with the last software available from the poly update server.

The strange fact is the issue happen on X72, X52 and X30 units, and only after the unit went to standby.

Replying "the latest "at the time of the post does not help others when they find this post in the future. Nobody can search for the "latest" version number as it is not a value that can be searched for.

 

Please post the version number and then escalate to support if you want to be a contributing community member.

I have check and all units are running version 4.5.2.454005.
