I am trying to configure the Poly X30. My LAN uses static IPs, not DHCP. I can access the network settings in the X30 during the setup, but I cannot change the network settings.
Is there a way to configure the X30's network settings without using DCHP for the "initial" setup?

Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
In some later software versions (inlcuding the current latest 4.1.2) the Unit may not progress the "register to cloud" message without Internet access. This will stop the Out of Box experience.
I would suggest to use a staging LAN to power up the unit. Download all relevant software updates and then either set the Manual IP in the Web UI or simply connect a mouse and do it via the TV UI.
If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Welcome to the HP Poly community.
During initial setup, you must have a DHCP server in your environment to ensure the system gets an IP address. (You can configure the system with a static IP address later if needed.)
