Software version: 4.1.2 – 388101
IP Phone System – 8X8
The X30 is listed as supporting our 8X8 IP phone system. However, 8X8 is not listed as a “Provider” option in the web interface setup.
- Does the X30 support 8X8 natively?
- If not, is there a way to add a third-party provider to the X30 system?
I do OWN the X30, but the unit wasn’t recognized by serial number.

Hello @BeneCare ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
If 8x8 is not one of the listed Providers most likely, if support for the unit is claimed by 8x8, use either SIP or H.323
8x8 Support should be able to answer this and should be consulted.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
