Poly X30 and X50 Android version?

Hi all,

I'm facing a potential issue at work where security protocols are limiting the oldest Adnroid OS we are able to use for MTR kit.

I can't find this detail anywhere in the settings.

Can anyone advise me of the Android OS of the Poly X30, X50 and TC8?

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

PolyOS 4.0 or later uses Android 10
TCOS running 4.1.0 or 6.2.0 or later runs Android 11
