Hi Fellas, my Poly X30 camera stop giving view in any mode, like Poly Mode, USB BYOD, TEAMS ZOOM etc.. all other GUI and application is working, like Calling, Platform Change,  etc etc with TC8 sync.... the only issue is with camera display. it shows error as Prefered Camera not detected. and in Poly Mode is shows like Camera Mute is on... i tried this with different Provider Modes, and even with Software down grade, (software is updated) and with PIN HOLE reset.... but not result.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, you use. 

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

 

In addition, we do not know if this is a brand-new unit or an older unit or a demo device.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
