We are trying to update our Poly X50 to the latest version.
We keeps getting "Unable to Access provided URL".
Solutions tried:
1. Using other connection without FW policy.
2. Updating using Poly Lens.
3 Changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Note: We have Poly X30 with the same network configuration. We are able to update without problem.

This was already resolved.
The problem was the incorrect date and time of the device.
The device is not applying the correct date and time when changing time zone automatically.
I changed the date and time manually and after that Studio X50 found the latest firmware with no error.
In some cases, if you have a time server - you can use it as well.

Hello @RanielLimbo ,
there is no real need to move to 4.1.0 V2 or 4.1.1 as our Partner Microsoft has ongoing issues with the later firmware version which includes a version of the Microsoft Teams application and Company portal causing issues around devices signing out and others.
If you still believe you need to upgrade I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hi @SteffenBaierUK, I understand that there is an ongoing issue with the latest version.
However, this is also the reason why we are trying to update - we are encountering the logon/signing out issue in the current version.
Regards,
Raniel Limbo
