Studio X52

Hello,

we are connecting a Poly X52 on an iTec (c31triple4kdockpd-4) hub. The poly X52 is configured in device mode.  When we connect a computer to the hub using a USB C cable. Quite often, but not always, the X52 is rebooting when we activate the camera under Zoom or Teams. We tried on multiple computers and the problem occurs very often.

Are you aware of this problem and do you have a fix?

Model:
StudioX52
Hardware Version: 3
Software Version: 4.3.0-406189
Regards,
