Poly X52 device mode + Barco CX30

Helo,

I've a Poly X52 (and a X30) in device mode connected to Barco CX30  via USB (same as X30 in other office) .

Poly and Barco are connected  in the same LAN.

In this scenario I use company laptops with MS Teams client connected to internet via Wifi (same LAN Network) and Barco's dongles.

Users on their laptops can join a meeting using MSTeams configured for video audio using Poly X52 cam+speaker+audio (appear on their local devices)

Sometimes I need to disconnect USB cable because need reset the red led on Poly.
Maybe is problem/issue at Barco side ?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use. 

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Good day! We would need additional information to isolate this issue. Kindly help us with the below requested.

 

1. Current firmware of the unit.

2. Is the issue intermittent?

3. Barco CX30's software version.

4. Does this occur on every PC being connected?
