TC10X52 in Microsoft Teams mode, informs during the active meeting that it is about to leave the meeting, and shows the option to suspend or leave now, even clicking on suspend the message appears again after 10 minutes and remains in this loop until the meeting actually ends and/or you click on leave now.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, or the Partner application version you use. 

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

Hello SteffenBaierUK, below is the requested information. We are operating with Poly Studio X52 in version POly OS 4.6.0.436380 and App Teams in version 1449/1.0.96.2025325609 and Agent 1.0.0.202507210031. TC10 accompanies the endpoint operating in version Poly OS 6.6.0.7001439 and in the same versions of October of this month for the Teams App and Agent.

Hello @Leandrosinacio ,

 

Most likely this is an issue with our Partner Microsoft as they control the Teams App running on our devices, the Microsoft Teams infrastructure you use and the restrictions based on the type of account etc.

 

I would suggest reaching out to them. This is just a peer-to-peer community.
