HI,
Experiencing issues with Poly X52 bar system with analog audio in and out via a Lindy USB adaptor. Continually requires to be unplugged and re-plugged back in for the room to work.
Is there a back end setting or newer firmware that resolves the issue? Or is there a capability issue with certain USB adaptors.
Only overseas client has access to backend settings so hopefully we can steer in right direction

Hello @BCAVS ,
Welcome to the HP Poly community.
From our Video FAQ:

Aug 13, 2024 Question: Is there a guide or overview for Supported and compatible peripherals for a G62, G7500, or Poly Studio X family and what Provider or Partner Mode are these supported?
Resolution: Please check >here<
The above lists every mode the Poly Studio X, G7500, or G62 can be used with 3rd party adapters. The Compatibility often depends on the provider that you have not yet shared.
I cannot see Lindy listed at all.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
